Customers must present the original bill or challan copy to collect articles. If lost, delivery will only be made after verifying ownership credentials
Express/Urgent delivery will be charged 50% above the regular tariff
Customers must check articles upon delivery. No claims will be accepted after delivery
Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
We are not responsible for color fading, bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to embroidery, embellishments, or delicate fabrics during processing.
Stain removal is done with best efforts but cannot be guaranteed. No deductions or claims will be entertained for incomplete stain removal.
All articles are accepted at the customer’s risk. We are not liable for damage to garments that cannot withstand normal cleaning or dry-cleaning processes.
We are not liable for damage due to aging, weak fabric, inferior quality, or poor manufacturing.
We are not liable for damage to ornaments, buttons, zippers, or accessories attached to garments.
We are not liable for shrinkage, holes, tears, or defects caused by defective manufacturing, adulteration, deterioration, wear & tear, or environmental exposure.
While we aim to ensure timely pick-up and delivery, delays may occur due to Force Majeure or circumstances beyond our control.
Articles not collected within 3 weeks of the scheduled delivery date will no longer be our responsibility.
We are not liable for loss or damage caused by fire, burglary, or other incidents beyond our control.
We are not responsible for valuables, cash, or other items left inside garments.
Prices for designer wear, delicate fabrics, or special garments will be quoted individually.
In case of damage during processing (other than exclusions above), our liability will be limited to the lower of AED 150 or 10× the processing charges for the garment.
All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert Emirate], United Arab Emirates.
Store management reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any changes to customer-related policies will fall under the sole discretion of store management.
Customers must declare if a garment is valued at AED 150 or more. Failure to declare exempts us from liability beyond the standard compensation limit.
