  1. Please ensure you collect the original receipt or order confirmation after submitting your items for processing.
  2. The original receipt or confirmation must be presented at the time of collecting processed items.
  3. If the receipt or confirmation is lost or unavailable, the processed items will only be handed over after verifying the customer's identity.
  4. Express or urgent services will incur a 50% surcharge over standard pricing.
  5. Customers are requested to inspect all items at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for any issues reported afterward.
  6. If you are dissatisfied with any service, please contact the store or customer service within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
  7. We are not liable for color fading, color bleeding, shrinkage, or any damage to embellishments or embroidery during cleaning.
  8. While we make every effort to remove stains, 100% stain removal is not guaranteed. No refunds or charge reductions will be provided due to residual stains.
  9. We operate under a "No Claim" policy. All garments are cleaned at the customer's risk. We will not be responsible for damage to items that cannot endure regular washing or dry cleaning due to age, fabric quality, or manufacturing defects.
  10. We are not responsible for any ornaments or decorative accessories on clothing that may be damaged during the cleaning process.
  11. We are not liable for any issues like shrinkage, holes, cuts, or stains that become visible due to fabric quality, aging, or environmental exposure.
  12. We aim for timely pickup and delivery, but delays may occur due to unforeseen or external factors. No compensation or refunds will be issued for such delays.
  13. We will not retain responsibility for any items not collected within three weeks of the scheduled delivery date.
  14. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.
  15. We are not responsible for any valuables, currency, or personal items left in garments and damaged or lost during cleaning.
  16. Pricing for designer garments, premium fabrics, or intricate clothing will be determined individually after inspection and communicated prior to processing.
  17. In the unlikely event of damage not covered by the above conditions, compensation will be limited to 10 times the processing fee paid or INR 3000, whichever is lower.
  18. Any legal matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of the company's registered office location.
  19. The company reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
